If your watch repairer is a Breitling autorised dealer then you shouldn't have any worries. the issue i see is the minutes hand lagging. when trying to set the hour hand, that moves as expected. however when setting the minute hand, there is an arbitrary spot where i am turning the crown a lot and the minute hand is advancing small amounts of 1 minute (as opposed to whole minutes). any idea what could cause that ?If for some reason you suspect that your battery is not faulty, it is worth trying putting your B-1 in suspend mode and back to normal operation to see if the blinking problem (temporarily) goes away.
