Obviously, it is imperfect, and I am not even sure if it is correct (most of the 6105 dials I looked at do not have number on the outer track).
It is the dial that is yellowing unevenly (looks like rust). It is a RLX ref. 6084, 14k gold with silver dial. I may need to start looking for a replacement dial.

Given that I collect alarm clocks, rust is quite common. My approach is to use the solution shown here. You soak the part in in for up to a day and all the rust will be gone.
You can replace this dial with any original 1601/16013/16030/16014 DJ dial. Should only be a few hundred bucks. You can also buy a white gold bezel if you want as well or leave the steel bezel as is.
The dial on your watch looks to me as though it may have been overpainted in the past so any attempt to clean it up might just result in paint being removed only to reveal the original finish which may be in a worse condition.
